The Role

We’re looking for a mid-level • *Full-Stack Engineer**

who can take ownership of both frontend integration and backend architecture.

You’ll be working closely with the founder in an early-stage environment where • *clarity, responsibility, and speed matter.**

What You’ll Work On • Integrating a • *Firebase Studio–generated frontend**

with a real backend • Designing and maintaining a • *Supabase (Postgres) backend** • Defining schemas and migrations using • *Prisma** • Implementing secure • *role-based access control**

(mentee / mentor / admin) • Writing and maintaining • *Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) policies** • Handling secure file uploads (e.g. mentor verification documents) • Integrating external services where required • Helping shape the MVP with a focus on • *correctness, clarity, and speed**

What We’re Looking For

• • *3–6 years**

of professional experience as a full-stack engineer • Strong experience with • *Postgres-based backends** • Hands-on experience with • *Supabase and Prisma** • Solid understanding of • *backend security and access control** • Comfortable integrating frontend code generated by tools (e.g. Firebase Studio) • Strong written communication skills • Ability to work independently and • *flag risks early**

This is a • *contract-based role with long-term potential**

based on performance and ownership. Hiring Process

To ensure a good fit for both sides, the hiring process includes: • Initial screening call • A short • *technical exercise (2–3 days)**

to demonstrate practical ability • Review of the implementation and follow-up discussion • Contract engagement if successful

The technical exercise focuses on a • *small isolated feature similar to functionality used in the platform.**
