Bondah is a matchmaking and dating platform designed for those who value genuine connections. Unlike swipe-based apps, Bondah uses professional and verified matchmakers to curate intentional and meaningful matches. We aim to create safe, authentic, and trusted dating experiences while fostering collaboration and growth within a global matchmaking ecosystem. Our vision is to empower matchmakers and enable love stories to thrive across diverse cultures and continents.

We are currently looking for talent across three specialized role.

Backend Developer Intern

• The Stack: Python, Django, Django REST Framework.
• Key Tasks: Building and maintaining APIs, managing database logic, and optimizing performance.
• Plus Skills: Experience with Redis and Celery for task queuing.

Frontend Developer Intern

• The Stack: React.js, Vite, Tailwind CSS/Modern CSS.
• Key Tasks: Implementing UI/UX designs into responsive components and ensuring a seamless user journey.
• Plus Skills: State management (Redux/Zustand) and an eye for clean, modular code.

Motion Graphics Intern

• The Focus: Visual storytelling and brand engagement.
• Key Tasks: Creating dynamic video content, social media assets, and animations that explain the Bondah experience.
• Plus Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar motion design tools to make high quality motions.

General Qualifications

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to gather data, derive insights, and solve problems creatively.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Mission-Driven: A genuine interest in the matchmaking or relationship-building industry.
• Software: Proficiency in related work tools familiarity with CMS is a plus.

What You’ll Do Daily

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform's user experience.
• Contribute to content creation and digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyze user engagement data to suggest platform improvements.
• Participate in research and brainstorming sessions for new features.
