Full-Time Technical Writer (Permanent Position)

About

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Technical Writer to support two key areas. You can choose any one or both areas:

1. User Documentation: Create detailed, step-by-step user guides for SaaS-based products. Occasionally some editing work. Or hardware documentation. All info will be provided so you can write it.
2. Marketing Content: Write compelling website content, technical service articles, marketing emails, case studies, service one-pagers, and other promotional materials.

Note: If you are interested in the role, submit similar work samples for consideration.

You can choose any one or both Documentation areas mentioned above.

Requirements

• Proven experience writing in fluent, professional English.
• High attention to detail—grammatical or language errors are not acceptable.
• Familiarity with tools like Markdown and Asciidoc is a strong advantage.
• Educational or professional background in Computer Science is a plus, to aid in understanding technical concepts.
