Role Overview: As a full stack Engineer specializing in JavaScript at a leading food and beverage company with 500+ stores worldwide, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining front-end and back-end systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable and performant web applications using React.js for front-end and Node.js for API development. - Implement best practices, design patterns, and coding standards in the product. - Advocate a culture of quality and innovation, promoting Extreme Programming ways of working. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage in Agile processes, and participate in code reviews. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in front-end and back-end systems using strong debugging skills. - Utilize knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and e-commerce solutions for enhanced performance. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to influence the product roadmap. - Drive continuous improvement, performance optimization, and security throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications Required: - Proven hands-on experience in JavaScript, React, TypeScript for front-end, and Node.js for back-end development. - Ability to make technical decisions to ensure maintainable product solutions. - Strong leadership skills to inspire and mentor other engineers. - Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Retail, or E-commerce industries is advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. - Passion for automation testing and maintaining high code quality standards. - Team player with strong interpersonal skills. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive innovation and change through collaboration.
