GenAI Architect

Role Summary

The GenAI Architect leads the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions that improve document processing, knowledge automation, and decision support. This role partners closely with business, product, and engineering teams to translate complex needs into scalable AI‑powered capabilities using cloud services, large language models, and modern workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end GenAI solutions using large language models, semantic search, and cloud‑native services.
• Lead architecture for document ingestion, OCR, data extraction, and automated template generation.
• Define standards, best practices, and reference architectures for AI‑driven workflows.
• Guide engineering teams on implementation, integration, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape AI use cases.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and reliability.
• Oversee monitoring, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of AI systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in cloud, data, or software architecture roles.
• Experience with Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or other enterprise LLM platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with vector search, embeddings, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).
• Background in designing scalable, event‑driven, or workflow‑based systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with document processing tools (OCR, PDF extraction, template engines).
• AWS certifications or equivalent cloud credentials.
