We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, and data engineering. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions while building scalable data pipelines and ML workflows. This role requires a blend of AI/ML engineering and data engineering skills to support end-to-end AI product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Vertex AI and GCP services
• Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models in production environments
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI model training and inference
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to prepare and optimize datasets
• Integrate Gen AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency on cloud infrastructure
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance standards are followed
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and deployment issues
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI and cloud technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with GCP services and Vertex AI
• Experience building Generative AI solutions using LLMs and AI frameworks
• Solid background in data engineering concepts and pipeline development
• Proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries
• Experience with Big Query, Cloud Storage, and data processing tools
• Knowledge of API integration and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud deployment strategies
• Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
