Senior GenAI & Agent Development Consultant

About

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands‑on Consultant specializing in Generative AI (GenAI) and intelligent agent development. The ideal candidate will have 7–15 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning, with a strong track record of designing, architecting, and implementing scalable AI solutions. You will play a critical role in driving end‑to‑end product development, from conceptualization to deployment, with a keen focus on scalability, reliability, and business value.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement GenAI solutions and agent‑based systems tailored to business needs.
• Lead hands‑on prototyping, development, and optimization of AI/ML models and agent frameworks.
• Drive key technical decisions and offer expert guidance on best practices in AI, ML, and agent development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand product requirements, deliver high‑quality solutions, and ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Evaluate latest trends, tools, and technologies in GenAI, LLMs, and agent orchestration.
• Mentor internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and upskilling across the organization.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and actionable deliverables.

Requirements / Skills Required

• 7–15 years of proven experience in AI/ML engineering, architecting real‑world products or platforms.
• Deep, practical expertise with LLMs, GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.), and agent development.
