AI Engineer(GenAI / LLM)

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced , AI Engineer (Plano,TX). The ideal candidate must be working with solutioning for python with 6 years and integration with other modules. This is an onsite position requiring strong technical expertise communication skills .

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks
• Build and manage AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and similar tools
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for large language models (LLMs)
• Integrate AI solutions with data platforms including Databricks and databases such as SQL and MongoDB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver scalable AI solutions
• Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI applications

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Python development
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics
• Solid experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with AI workflow/orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques for LLM-based applications
• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML-driven solutions in enterprise environments

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI use cases, and AI model lifecycle management
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices
