Generative AI Engineer (Visual - Content Focus)

Responsibilities

• Image and Video Generation: Create AI systems capable of generating realistic and diverse images, videos, and animations for various applications.
• Text Generation: Develop AI models that can generate creative and engaging text formats, including articles, stories, scripts, and marketing copy.
• Content Customization: Implement mechanisms for customizing generated content based on user preferences, styles, and specific requirements.
• Optimization and Evaluation: Fine-tune generative models for optimal performance, quality, and efficiency. Develop evaluation metrics to assess the quality and effectiveness of generated content.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI research and explore new techniques and approaches to enhance our capabilities.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including researchers, engineers, and designers, to integrate generative AI solutions into our products and platforms.
• Develop, operationalize, measure, and manage Gen AI models, and maintain high system reliability & safety.
• Design solution architecture and develop compound AI systems for enterprise use cases.
• Build Gen AI prototypes, PoCs, and explore new applications across the organization.
• Communicate, collaborate, and build relationships with internal and partner teams to drive Gen AI adoption and implementation.
• Provide thought leadership to advance Gen AI research.
• Build partnership with academic and leading AI companies.

Qualifications

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Jax.
• Generative Models: Strong understanding of generative model architectures (GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, transformers) and training techniques.
• Creative Mindset: A passion for creativity and innovation, with a desire to explore the artistic potential of AI.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges in the field of generative AI.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in a team environment and present your work to stakeholders.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your expertise in generative AI and your ability to create high-quality visual and content outputs.
• Graduate degree in computer science, data science, engineering, physics, mathematics, statistics, or other quantitative fields
• 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, engineering and architecture with a proven track record to drive innovation and impacts
• Strong knowledge and experience with big data platforms (AWS, Azure, Spark) and ML/AI languages and tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience working with technologies related to LLMs including architectures, model evaluation, pre-training and fine-tuning techniques
• Experience in design, deployment, and evaluation of LLM-powered AI agents and tools
• Experience in prompt engineering, RAG, open source frameworks for building applications with LLM like LangChain
• Experience in developing large-scale AI/ML services
