Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GenAI technologies, LLMs, and scalable ML systems, along with hands-on experience in modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Generative AI solutions and machine learning models.
• Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance LLM performance and output quality.
• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for AI-driven applications.
• Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
• Develop APIs and microservices for seamless integration of AI models into applications.
• Work on end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI-driven use cases.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, TensorFlow).
• Solid experience in Python frameworks such as Streamlit and FastAPI.
• Strong background in NLP techniques and tools (NLTK, SpaCy, BERT, SBERT).
• Experience working with vector databases (e.g., PGVector, Milvus, FAISS, Pinecone, Vespa).
• Experience in designing and deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and data integration techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and optimization.
• Understanding of scalable architecture and distributed systems.
• Exposure to enterprise-level AI solution design.
