In this highly strategic and technically demanding role, you will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of Generative AI solutions across multiple business functions. You will work closely with senior leadership, cross‑functional experts, and technical teams to design AI architectures, build advanced LLM‑based products, and drive enterprise‑level innovation. This position combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibility in an evolving and fast‑paced environment.
Your main tasks
- Develop and steer the Generative AI roadmap in alignment with organizational priorities and business needs.
- Architect and design enterprise‑ready LLM solutions, including prompt engineering, blueprint creation, and use‑case prototyping.
- Lead AI engineering, data science, and development teams, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous apability development.
- Build and optimize LLM‑based systems such as RAG pipelines, fine‑tuned models, and multi‑agent architectures.
- Shape and influence the machine learning ecosystem, including feature stores, model repositories, and automated MLOps workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical experts to deliver solutions iteratively and educate teams on applied Generative AI.
- Drive continuous innovation by monitoring emerging research, experimenting with new methodologies, and communicating insights clearly.
Your profile
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 3-5 years of programming experience in Python, SQL, R, MATLAB, and modern deep‑learning frameworks (PyTorch, Keras).
- Extensive hands‑on experience with machine learning, LLM fine‑tuning, and training (e.g., ChatGPT, BERT, LLaMA, Dolly).
- Strong background in building dashboards and web apps using tools such as Dash, Streamlit, or Shiny.
- Proven experience working with cloud technologies and AI/ML platforms such as Databricks or Dataiku.
- At least 2 years of experience designing modular multi‑agent systems, secure agent‑to‑agent frameworks and enterprise‑grade LLM architectures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with fluency in English.
