Skills
- 12 – 18 years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership position.
- Hands‑on expertise in AI/ML frameworks and experience deploying AI solutions at scale.
- Hands‑on experience with Generative AI frameworks and excellent knowledge on prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, Advanced RAG, Agentic AI ecosystem, base model fine tuning etc.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML offerings.
- Strong grasp of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of various vector databases, embedding models and various base models
- Proficiency in implementing security protocols and data compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
- Experience in setting up large‑scale digital platforms with AI‑driven capabilities.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements, design scalable and innovative solutions, and align technology frameworks with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives, integrating AI‑driven technologies to enhance processes, optimize workflows, and deliver exceptional business outcomes.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights and vice versa.
- Oversee the delivery of AI‑enabled solutions, ensuring timely execution, adherence to quality standards, and realization of business value.
- Work closely with legal experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and optimized for real‑time arbitration use cases.
Requirements
