Coordinate action plans, manage projects, and implement strategies across multiple functions and teams. Engage with employees company-wide to ensure seamless project implementation in Operations and achieve customer delivery targets. Work on various program aspects from long-term strategy to urgent issue resolution. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, in Longueuil, and exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Manage projects and timelines, drive collaboration, and execute actions to close projects
- Engage with OEMs to address engine production and delivery questions
- Participate in Integrated Project Teams to ensure smooth transition of new models or engineering changes into production
- Develop strategies to meet program objectives, assess risk hardware procurement, and resolve supply issues
- Negotiate and liaise with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, MED, and Aftermarket
- Provide program status reports and escalate issues as needed
- Support senior leadership in communicating Operations issues with customers
- Implement new program sourcing and FSC objectives
- Establish tooling strategies and manage budgets
- Coordinate Operations units to support OEM Upgrade programs and mitigate customer issues
- Produce or coordinate production estimates for marketing inquiries and proposals
- Review and manage impacts of Engineering Changes, Red Flag Notices, and escapes
What do you need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Operations Management
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Experience in P&WC Operations or supply chain is an asset
- PMP accreditation is an asset
- Ability to solve complex problems, communicate clearly, and lead projects
- Knowledge of SAP and PLM is an asset
- Very good knowledge of English for daily reading, writing, and communication with international stakeholders
