This Global Contract Recruiter will play a pivotal role in building high-performing, global teams across North America, EMEA and APAC. What You’ll Do as a Global Contract Recruiter

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across global markets (NA, EMEA, APAC)
• Partner with hiring leaders to design and execute strategic hiring plans
• Act as a proactive headhunter, sourcing and engaging top-tier talent
• Manage 10–20+ requisitions while maintaining speed and quality
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from outreach to offer
• Utilize ATS systems like Workday or Greenhouse for pipeline management
• Provide insights on talent trends and global compensation benchmarks
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and global best practices

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate)
• Proven global recruiting experience across EMEA and/or APAC
• Ability to manage high-volume, multi-functional requisitions
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools
• Excellent communication skills across time zones and cultures
• Adaptability in a high-growth, evolving environment
