Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise networking experience across architecture, design, and hands-on engineering.
• Deep expertise in hybrid cloud networking (Google Cloud Platform strongly preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of:
  • BGP, OSPF, MP-BGP
  • VXLAN / EVPN overlays
  • Hybrid routing, segmentation, and failover design
• Proven experience implementing large-scale network infrastructure supporting 5,000+ user environments.
• Strong background in:
  • Firewalls, VPN, NAC, proxy, load balancing
  • Data center, campus, and virtual networking
  • Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Demonstrated ability to lead major infrastructure transformations.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, Arista, or equivalent.
• Experience with automation (Terraform)
• Exposure to multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, OCI).
• Experience with:
  • Network segmentation initiatives
  • Packet analysis & flow telemetry
  • Legacy-to-cloud modernization
