About The Role
The Graphic Design & Social Media Coordinator reports to the Business Development and Marketing Manager and plays a vital role in shaping the company’s digital presence. This position involves planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing visual and digital content that enhances Propair’s brand visibility and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing promotional materials, managing social media content calendars, and creating engaging visuals and videos tailored to various platforms. They will work closely with internal teams and external partners such as photographers, videographers, and suppliers to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. Additionally, the coordinator will analyze content performance, stay current with social media trends, and contribute to digital campaign strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- College or university education in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in social media management or content creation
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in graphic design and digital content
- Experience in video editing, photography, or video production (asset)
- Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including air transportation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop visual content
- Design printed and digital marketing materials such as banners, presentations, and corporate documents
- Plan and maintain the social media editorial calendar to ensure consistent content delivery
- Create, schedule, and publish visual and video content including images, stories, reels, and short videos
- Write compelling copy tailored to various social media platforms
- Engage with online communities by responding to messages, comments, and reviews
- Maintain consistent application of Propair’s visual identity across all digital channels
- Assist in executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Analyze content performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
- Stay informed about social media trends and incorporate best practices into content strategies
