About the role
Role Overview
As a Group Manager‑Project Management at WNS Global Services, your role will involve working as a highly skilled Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant specializing in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Responsibilities
- Mentoring and coaching Yellow Belt, Green Belt & Black Belt project teams to ensure successful project execution, alignment with business objectives, and measurable impact.
- Leading process improvement and transformation initiatives by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify high‑impact areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Establishing a structured approach for project reviews, tollgate assessments, and capability building within the organization.
- Working closely with operations, quality, risk, compliance, and technology teams to drive end‑to‑end process improvements.
- Monitoring and measuring process performance, analyzing key metrics, and implementing data‑driven decision‑making.
- Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Business Transformation in BFS.
Qualifications Required
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (from ASQ, IASSC, ISI, or any recognized body).
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/ PG / MBA (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance, and risk management in BFSI.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Work Mode & Location
- Mode of work: Hybrid with any three days in the office from Monday to Friday.
- Location: Gurgaon.
