This role is responsible for growth.

You will manage paid media across multiple accounts and be accountable for one thing:

Results.

Leads. Cost per lead. Revenue impact.

If campaigns underperform, you fix them.

You will run performance marketing for multiple clients across platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube.

This is not just campaign setup.

You are responsible for • Driving qualified leads at efficient cost • Improving conversion rates across the funnel • Testing creative, offers, and targeting • Identifying what actually moves performance

You will work closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and improving. • *WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**
