About the role
• *Growth Lead (Performance Marketing)**
Remote – South Africa (US Hours) • *Most people run ads.**
This role is responsible for growth.
You will manage paid media across multiple accounts and be accountable for one thing:
Results.
Leads. Cost per lead. Revenue impact.
If campaigns underperform, you fix them.
If something isn’t converting, you figure out why.
If there’s an opportunity to scale, you take it. • *WHAT YOU’RE STEPPING INTO**
You will run performance marketing for multiple clients across platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube.
This is not just campaign setup.
You are responsible for • Driving qualified leads at efficient cost • Improving conversion rates across the funnel • Testing creative, offers, and targeting • Identifying what actually moves performance
You will work closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and improving. • *WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**

Experience in lead generation or service-based businesses is strongly preferred.
Experience in dental or healthcare marketing is a plus.
