Currently under the AddedEducation brand, our business needs are focused on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre-high school development services.
Beyond college counseling, we offer transformative developmental programs such as AddedNova — our in-house research cell that fosters intellectual curiosity and original thinking, Public Speaking — helping students master the art of confident communication, and the Book Club — designed to build critical reading and analytical skills. Together, these programs form the foundation of a comprehensive approach to education that goes far beyond applications, shaping well-rounded individuals ready for success on a global stage.
Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end growth and revenue for AddedNova, including demand generation, funnel optimization, and conversion outcomes. • Design and execute growth strategies to increase awareness, lead generation, and enrollments across global markets (US, UK, India, SEA). • Build and manage top-of-funnel initiatives such as webinars, research competitions, workshops, and content campaigns targeted at students and parents. • Develop and refine program positioning and messaging, simplifying the value of research for college admissions into clear, compelling narratives. • Optimize the lead-to-enrollment funnel by improving lead quality, nurturing journeys, and conversion rates in collaboration with the counselling team. • Work closely with counsellors to enable high-quality consultative selling, ensuring alignment between marketing promise and delivery experience. • Identify and build strategic partnerships with schools, independent counsellors, and academic communities to drive scalable distribution. • Drive experimentation across channels (organic, paid, community, referrals) to identify high-performing acquisition levers. • Track and analyze key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue contribution, and iterate based on insights. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, research mentors, and leadership to execute campaigns and strengthen the AddedNova brand. • Build and leverage student success stories, publications, and outcomes to strengthen trust and credibility in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–6 years of experience in growth, marketing, and/ or revenue-focused roles, preferably in EdTech or similar products. • Strong understanding of growth frameworks and funnel management, especially for high-ticket or consultative sales environments. • Demonstrated ability to build and execute 0→1 and 1→10 growth strategies across multiple channels. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex academic offerings into clear, outcome-driven narratives. • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing funnels, running experiments, and optimizing performance metrics. • Experience working with or alongside sales/counselling teams to drive conversions and improve customer journeys. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • High ownership mindset with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity. • Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing tools is preferred.
