Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Growth & New Business Manager. The individual will drive business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans, and managing key client accounts. Responsibilities include conducting market research, building strong client relationships, creating proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on achieving strategic targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Planning
  • Demonstrated success in Account Management and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the marketing or advertising industry is an advantage
