About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Specialist to accelerate how we grow—identifying opportunities, testing ideas quickly, and converting insights into scalable growth initiatives that move the business forward. You’ll work across the full merchant lifecycle — from acquisition and activation to engagement and retention — partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute growth strategies across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention in support of broader growth and revenue objectives.
  • Translate hypotheses into structured experiments and scalable growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards/recurring reports for core growth metrics.
  • Analyze and understand performance drivers and surface areas for improvement.
  • Conduct in‑depth market research by analyzing market trends to surface untapped revenue opportunities and areas for optimization.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in growth or analytics‑focused roles, ideally in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS environments.
  • A hands‑on problem solver who thrives in environments where processes are still being defined.
  • Strong analytical mind and numerical skills with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel. SQL is a plus.
  • Good command in written and spoken English.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently; self-motivated and results oriented.
