We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Group Leader TGA (m/f/d) for our Engineering & Design department for Plant Utility & HVAC Systems, starting immediately at our Vienna, Austria location.

Your New Responsibilities

• Leadership and further development of a team of engineers within the Engineering & Design department
• Planning, design, and implementation of TGA systems (heating, ventilation/air conditioning, sanitary, sprinkler) for new and renovation projects
• Ensuring compliance with applicable German standards and regulations in building services engineering (e.g., DIN, VDI, VDE)
• Coordination and consultation with internal specialist departments and the customer, as well as external partners, planners, and service providers
• Creation and review of technical specifications, performance specifications, and plans
• Support with tenders, bid evaluations, and supplier selection
• Support with budget and resource planning, as well as schedule tracking
• Participation in site visits, planning meetings, and consultations

Your Skills

• Completed degree in building services engineering, building technology, mechanical engineering, or comparable
• Sound experience in the planning and implementation of TGA systems in a project environment
• Confident handling of relevant German standards, guidelines, and legal requirements in the field of TGA for industrial projects
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills are essential
• Willingness to travel
• Leadership experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite – initiative and team orientation are crucial
• Confident handling of CAD systems, planning tools, and MS Office

Compensation

For legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €83,000 gross per year for full-time employment. The final salary will depend on the qualifications and professional experience of the respective person.
