Responsibilities

Data Operations & System Integrity (30%)

  • Build and monitor data validation rules, duplicate‑management processes, and enrichment workflows
  • Establish data‑hygiene standards for AI‑ready datasets
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies affecting reporting, forecasting, or sales efficiency
  • Create and maintain documentation for data standards and processes

Revenue Systems Automation (30%)

  • Design and implement automated workflows across the GTM stack (Salesforce, Clay, Pocus, Gong, Outreach, etc.)
  • Build integrations between systems to eliminate manual data entry and ensure seamless data flow
  • Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Flow, Apex, APIs, and third‑party automation tools

  • Test and iterate on GTM motions, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to surface actionable insights
  • Build data infrastructure that enables AI‑powered workflows and predictive pipeline generation
  • Analyze experiment performance and recommend optimizations
  • Build dashboards and reporting to track experiment outcomes and pipeline health

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar technical GTM role
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (administration, flows, validation rules, custom objects)

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with business‑intelligence tools (Looker, Hex, or similar)

  • Background in a technical sales or customer‑success role
  • Interest in compensation, people analytics, or HR tech
