E‑Infra is looking for a presentable and customer‑focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, calls, and inquiries
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams for client handling
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth office flow
- Handle basic administrative tasks and support team coordination
- Ensure a positive and premium customer experience at all times
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in any industry (Front Desk/ Customer Handling preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, well‑groomed, and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations
