About

We are seeking an experienced professional with over 12 years in Guidewire Policy Center development. As a vital member of our team, you will take the lead as a Technical Lead on multiple full-scale commercial policy product implementations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and post-implementation ownership of Guidewire Policy Center products.
• A minimum of 8 years managing onshore/offshore development teams for Guidewire implementations.
• Over 10 years of experience in Java development, with Guidewire Policy Center certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Guidewire APIs, Product Designer, GX Model, and integration strategies.
• Experience with the Guidewire Rating engine and configurations.
• Knowledge of the Guidewire Renewal API and data migration strategies.
• Familiarity with ALM best practices for code versioning, integration, release management, and maintenance of Guidewire products.
• Expertise in Guidewire application partitioning and optimization for performance and scalability.
• Understanding of secure software development practices and architectural standards for Guidewire configurations and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodologies and tools such as TFS, Rally, and JIRA.
• Experience in managing DevOps processes, including Builds, CI/CD Pipelines, and Version Control.
