Hardware Engineer - Embedded Systems 💰 Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and at least two years of relevant experience with one or more C5ISR systems, or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Active secret clearance required by the first day of employment
• Proficient with shipboard cabinets, cableways, and various types of cables including fiber, coaxial, cat5, and twisted pairs
• Familiarity with C4ISR/C5ISR Interface Control Documents, Block diagrams, schematics, and Functional Interface Drawings
• Prior experience using AutoCAD and Adobe Pro

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and sustain project engineering documentation including test procedures, ICDs, Block Diagrams, schematics, and operational manuals for C5ISR systems
• Evaluate C5ISR hardware configurations including cabinets, trays, fixtures, sway braces, cables, and connectors
• Carry out engineering environmental qualifications analysis such as vibration, shock, and EMI
