Group IT Manager

About the Role

The Group IT Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the Group’s information technology ecosystem. The primary focus of this role is to harmonize the firm’s Western-standard software requirements (RIB CCS, Buildsmart, and Office 365) with the proprietary Chinese systems and servers hosted in mainland China.

This role must ensure that all hardware, software, and connectivity solutions are "fit for purpose" for the rugged, remote, and power-constrained environments of Southern African construction sites. The incumbent will transition the IT function from a distributed consultancy-led model to a centralized, high-performance in-house department, ensuring data integrity, cross-border compliance, and 99.9% uptime for business-critical construction management systems.
