Your Responsibilities

• You will take strategic responsibility for the continuous development and successful implementation of innovative concepts in People Development and Talent Management.
• You will conceptualize, implement, and optimize global programs for leadership and talent development – from mentoring initiatives to modern, digital learning formats.
• You will develop sustainable talent pipelines and ensure forward-looking succession planning for key positions.
• You will manage international projects for the further development of career paths, competency models, and future-oriented HR structures.
• You will strategically use digital tools and data-based analyses to optimize processes and make the success of your measures transparent.
• You will work closely and trustfully with executives and relevant stakeholders at all levels of an international company.
• You will lead and develop a dedicated team, create an inspiring work environment, and specifically promote the further development of talents.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in international functions in Talent Management and in the development of leaders and teams.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in global and complex corporate structures.
• Strong communication and cooperation skills as well as experience in stakeholder management.
• Strategic, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset with high implementation competence.
• Passion for diversity, change management, and innovative HR solutions.
• Very good English skills; further language skills are an advantage.
