About
WEY Group AG is seeking a Head of Software Engineering (m/w/d) for an 80-100% role.
Responsibilities
- You will shape the technical architecture and set the technological guidelines for our software.
- You will actively develop, ensuring software is secure, modern, and scalable, setting standards in efficiency and quality.
- You will lead a four-person software team, promote best practices, and coordinate internal and external development partners.
- You will work closely with product management, project management, and hardware development, ensuring technical vision and reality align.
- You will ensure quality, security, and transparent communication, both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification, ideally with further training in software architecture or cybersecurity.
- Several years of experience in software development and architecture with .Net is a prerequisite.
- Ability to structure complex projects and design technical roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a structured, pragmatic way of working.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
