Hiring for Founding AI/ML Engineer($100K-300K)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in building agentic systems and a strong command of modern ML frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree with exceptional hands-on experience, or a recently completed PhD or Master's in machine learning, AI, robotics, RL pipelines, multimodal models, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of agent orchestration, planning, and reasoning architectures.
• Hands-on experience with multimodal models, long-horizon agents, or real-world AI automation systems.
• Strong fundamentals in experimentation, rapid iteration, and shipping research to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design planning and reasoning architectures for long-horizon computer-use agents.
• Train multimodal models that understand UI layouts, screenshots, and DOM structures.
• Build fast action-selection systems that operate across messy, real-world software.
• Improve reliability, latency, and robustness of deployed agents.
• Run experiments and rapidly ship improvements to production.
• Move quickly from idea to experiment to deployment within tight iteration cycles.
