Role Overview

We are hiring a seasoned Java Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications for financial services platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, and modern cloud & DevOps ecosystems, along with domain experience in payments/cards or lending systems.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory) • Loans, prepaid cards, insurance, unsecured lending, installments • Card networks (Visa/Mastercard), Base24 (Base1/Base2) • Online integrations with card networks • Offline clearing & settlement in card payments

Key Responsibilities • Architect and design scalable cloud-native applications using microservices and domain-driven design • Build event-driven systems using Kafka for asynchronous processing • Design multi-tenant architectures ensuring data isolation and performance • Implement Redis caching strategies for performance optimization • Leverage Istio service mesh for traffic management, security, and observability • Drive observability using OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Dynatrace • Lead deployment architecture using Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, Helm • Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in all solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, product, and engineering

Technical Skills (Must Have) • 10+ years in Java/J2EE enterprise application development • Strong expertise in Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, DDD • Hands-on experience with Kafka (producers, consumers, streaming) • Proficiency in REST APIs, OAuth, API design • Strong experience with Quarkus (preferred) / Spring Boot • Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps practices • Experience in cloud-native architecture & cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture • Experience with Redis caching

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
