What you'll do
Numbers, data, facts - does that sound like fun rather than stress to you? Do you want to not only accompany HR topics but also help shape them? Then these tasks are exactly right for you:
- Data: Do you love dealing with numbers every day? Perfect! Because you will analyze and interpret HR data, transform it into exciting reports and dashboards - and thus turn data into real insights.
- Key Figures: You will develop and define KPIs that say more than just numbers - whether personnel, fluctuation, recruitment, talent development, compensation, or diversity.
- People Analytics & Insights: You will dive deep into the data, discover patterns and trends, and use predictive models to identify future developments early on.
- Stakeholders: You will communicate analysis results and recommendations for action to the specialist departments in a target-group-oriented manner and advise them on interpreting data and deriving concrete measures.
- Compliance and Data Protection: Data protection is a matter of course for you - you ensure that your analyses and data collections comply with legal requirements at all times.
What you bring
- Expertise: Degree or commercial apprenticeship? What matters most to us are your skills, the right mindset, and at least three years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in reporting, people analytics, business intelligence, or a comparable data analytics role, ideally in the HR environment.
- Analytical and Technical Competence: You are proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data and are confident in using BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikSense), statistical software or programming languages (e.g., R, Python), and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Project Management: You have experience in independently planning, coordinating, and implementing projects.
- Communication Skills & Customer Orientation: You understand the needs of your internal and external customers, can present complex issues clearly, and proactively suggest optimizations.
- Detail Orientation & Confidentiality: Diligence and precision are a matter of course for you - while always keeping the big picture in mind and knowing the importance of confidentiality when handling data.
- Team Player: You enjoy working in a team and building a network with various stakeholders.
- Adaptability & Willingness to Learn: Do new challenges, tools, and technologies awaken your ambition? Are you willing to continuously train yourself in HR tech, data analysis, and data protection and reliably implement changes? Then we look forward to your application!
