• Source Candidates Through Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Workindia) And LinkedIn
• screen Resumes And Conduct Initial Hr Interviews
• coordinate With Hiring Managers To Understand Manpower Requirements
• schedule Interviews And Follow Up With Candidates
• maintain Candidate Database And Recruitment Reports
• handle Bulk Hiring For Factory And Showroom Roles
• ensure Timely Closure Of Open Positions

Required Skills

• strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Portals And Sourcing Techniques
• good Communication And Interpersonal Skills
• ability To Handle Multiple Roles Simultaneously
• experience In Hiring For Manufacturing / Furniture / Interior Industry Preferred
• basic Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Documentation.
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
