Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter (US Staffing) with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment across Engineering hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for US-based clients while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws and hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of US recruitment experience.
  • Strong experience recruiting for Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MSP/VMS clients.
  • Exposure to contract and full-time staffing.
