Job Summary
We are looking for an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for our US staffing operations in India. This role will focus on recruiting internal team members such as US recruiters, account managers, delivery leads, BDEs, BDMs, and operations staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for internal hiring.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Support offer management and onboarding coordination.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience working in US staffing firms for internal hiring.
- Good sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
