- 3+ years of Technical Recruitment experience (IT Services preferred)
- Strong exposure to IT hiring (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
- Expertise in bulk hiring & fast closures
- Hands‑on with Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing & Boolean search
- Familiarity with ATS/CMS tools
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
