About the role

• *Responsibilities** • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documentation. • Prepare new starter documentation and ensure all required documents are received and filed. • Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees. • Support payroll by ensuring all employee information and changes are submitted accurately and on time. • Maintain leave records and attendance reports. • Assist with HR reports and general HR administration. • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation. • Provide administrative support for disciplinary hearings, warnings, and other HR processes. • *Qualifications** • Grade 12 (Matric). • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or related field. • 2–3 years’ experience in an HR administrative role. • Strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation. • Computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook). • Good communication and organisational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
