Your Role

Are you interested in HR?

Then an exciting position as an HR Generalist (80%) awaits you in the healthcare and social services sector.

In this role, you will actively shape modern HR, support the recruitment process and projects, and be a reliable point of contact for:

• HR structures and processes
• Social media recruiting
• HR projects (e.g., qualification and salary systems, events, further training)
• Consultation and support for employees and managers in everyday HR matters
• Administrative HR topics as the first point of contact

Your Profile

• Further training in HR (e.g., HR specialist diploma) is an advantage
• Payroll administration, ideally with common payroll systems
• German language skills in spoken and written form
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Strong social and communication skills
