About
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) department at Zürcher Kantonalbank ensures the secure handling of identities and permissions, including by implementing the Need-to-Know principle and re-certifying roles.
Are you interested in IT security and want to contribute to managing digital identities and access rights securely and efficiently using modern approaches and automation? Help us ensure, optimize, and, where possible, automate existing IAM processes.
Your Tasks
- Co-responsible for the operational execution and further development of central tasks in Identity & Access Management, including role and authorization management, compliance with SoD guidelines, integration of IT systems, support with role modeling, and provision of support services.
- Support in connecting authentication and authorization solutions in IT systems according to defined concepts and guidelines.
- Participate in monitoring compliance with IAM guidelines for IT systems.
- Ensure the continuous further development and automation of existing processes, as well as actively support and implement corresponding automation projects.
- Support in planning, preparing, and implementing internal and external audits in the area of Identity & Access Management.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science (FH, University, ETH) or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in Identity & Access Management and sound knowledge of corresponding concepts in a regulated environment.
- Experience with IAM technologies, platforms, and tools, as well as IAM processes.
- Practical experience in implementing security measures in IT systems, ideally in the Identity & Access Management area.
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working, strong customer orientation, and excellent analytical thinking skills.
- Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1).
