Your Role

You are an experienced Senior System Engineer looking for a new challenge in a dynamic environment? Then you are exactly right with us! We, Vision-Inside AG, are looking for you to strengthen our team at one of our locations, starting immediately.

Your Tasks With Us:

• Customer Enthusiasm: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. You are responsible for the successful implementation of our customer projects.
• Build, Operate, and Optimize: You are responsible for building, operating, and optimizing complex infrastructures in the Microsoft environment. You have high demands on availability, security, and performance – on-premise and in the Microsoft Cloud.
• Project Work: You work on projects, both in the conception and implementation of new solutions, in close cooperation with the ICT architect and project manager.
• Workshops: You conduct workshops in the On-Premise and Microsoft Cloud (M365 and Azure) sector.
• 2nd-Level Support: You take over 2nd-level support and solve complex problem issues.
• Change Management: You implement complex changes according to specified processes.
• Technical Responsibility: You take over technical responsibility and are the Responsible Engineer, in close cooperation with the Service Delivery Manager.
• Requirements Engineering: You take over Requirements Engineering for complex customer systems.
• Documentation: You maintain the necessary documentation.

What You Bring:

• Education: You have completed IT training in system technology or a comparable qualification.
• Certifications: You have a high level of certification in Microsoft products.
• Experience: You have several years of professional experience in System Administration/Engineering as a Senior System Engineer.
• Service Mentality: You see yourself as a passionate service provider and communicate flawlessly in German. You also have good English skills.
• Cloud Expert: You have extensive knowledge of Cloud (Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure).
• On-Premise Expert: You have solid experience in On-Premise and Hybrid infrastructures (Windows Server, Virtualization, Storage, Network) and are confident in complex environments.
• Customer Orientation & Team Spirit: You act customer-oriented, work very independently, but are still a team player.
• Personality: Down-to-earthness and motivation characterize you, and you proceed in a very structured manner. You always keep an overview and your sense of humor, even in hectic phases.
• Driver's License: You possess a category B driver's license.
