Lead the Design and implementation of the enterprise-wide infrastructure and technology architecture

Role Overview

To Lead the Design and implementation of the enterprise-wide infrastructure and technology architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, security and operationsl efficiency.

Responsibilities

Strategic Architecture Development

• Define and maintain enterprise infrastructure roadmap
• Align IT Infrastructure strategies with business objectives and digital transformation goals
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoptoion strategies

Infrastructure Design and Oversight

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions(network, storage,compute, cloud)
• Ensure interoperabilityacross systems and platforms
• Lead capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business contnuity initiatives

Governance and Standards

• Establish and enforce architecture principles, standards, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatoryand security requirements
• Maintain Documentationof infrastructure designs, configurations, and processes

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaberate with business leadewrs, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and align solutions
• Provide architectural guidanceto project teams and technical leads
• Present infrastructure strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership

Risk Management

• Identify Infrastructure risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support Security architecture initiatives and ensure secure system integratio

Requirements and Experience

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8 years+ experience in IT Infrastructure architecture, including cloud, networking, and data centre technologies
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards

• Deep technical expertise in infrastructure Domains (cloud, virtualization, networking storage)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and methodologies
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
