Overview

You will join a dedicated IT team and take responsibility for client and cloud services as well as the stability of our system landscape. Technologically, you will work with client and cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Windows Server, or Azure, shaping modern system landscapes. Your Tasks

• You install, configure, and maintain workstations, mobile devices, and associated software
• You operate the service desk, support users, and conduct user training
• You administer and develop the IT infrastructure, including directory services and client management
• You optimize networks and contribute to improving IT security measures
• You ensure the availability, performance, and operational security of the systems
• You participate in the planning and implementation of central IT projects and create project documentation
• You coordinate with internal interfaces in technology, purchasing, and quality

Your Profile

• You have completed IT training or a comparable qualification
• You have initial professional experience in system administration or technical user support
• You are familiar with client and cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server
• You work in a structured, careful manner and are flexible with changing tasks
• You communicate confidently with specialist departments and create understandable technical documentation
• You bring a solution-oriented approach and team spirit
