Overview

You will start in a technical IT environment where you will help shape the further development and stable operation of modern infrastructure. You will work with Microsoft platforms and virtualization solutions such as VMware or Hyper-V, as well as common network components. Your Tasks

• Plan and operate Microsoft-based server landscapes and virtualized environments using common virtualization technologies
• Set up and manage network components such as switches, VPN connections, and firewalls to ensure ongoing operation
• Monitor system and network performance with suitable monitoring tools and initiate measures for anomalies
• Automate recurring processes using scripts like PowerShell and contribute to efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with departments on IT projects and support the integration of new technologies
• Create and maintain system documentation and operating manuals

Your Profile

• Completed IT training or comparable entry with initial practical experience in IT operations
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft server environments and experience with virtualization technologies
• Familiarity with network components, VPN architectures, and basic firewall configurations
• Initial experience with automation scripts, ideally PowerShell or similar tools
• Analytical mindset, independent work style, and enjoyment of team-oriented collaboration
• Good German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
