Overview

• Seeking experienced Infrastructure Engineers to support a large scale ServiceNow Infrastructure Consolidation effort • Responsible for the design, deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support of ServiceNow infrastructure components across Development, Test, and Production environments • Work closely with Government stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and project leadership to ensure stable, resilient, and operationally ready ServiceNow infrastructure deployments aligned with approved architecture designs and enclave requirements • Design and support ServiceNow infrastructure architecture across Development, Test, and Production environments • Deploy, configure, and validate ServiceNow infrastructure components in non production and production environments • Support infrastructure implementation activities including application, reverse proxy, and database tier deployment • Administer and support Linux based infrastructure environments supporting ServiceNow deployments • Perform Linux system configuration, troubleshooting, patching, log analysis, and performance tuning activities • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and configuration management • Support automation and repeatable deployment processes using IaC and configuration management best practices • Coordinate environment readiness activities including system access, enclave approvals, and user provisioning • Support certificate installation validation, DNS validation, and identity federation testing alongside customer stakeholders • Configure and validate backup, snapshot, and recovery capabilities to support resiliency and operational continuity • Monitor infrastructure health and support ongoing stabilization, tuning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution efforts • Participate in architecture reviews, sprint activities, technical discussions, and operational planning sessions • Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support materials • Coordinate with project management and customer stakeholders on risks, dependencies, schedules, and status reporting • Support infrastructure deployments within secure and enclave based environments, including SCIF support when required

Qualifications

• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience in enterprise environments • Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or similar Linux distributions • Experience managing Linux services, permissions, networking, storage, and system monitoring • Experience developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies • Experience automating infrastructure deployments and operational processes • Experience supporting Development, Test, and Production environment deployments • Familiarity with backup, recovery, resiliency, and operational support processes • Experience troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues across complex environments • Understanding of secure enclave or classified environment operational requirements • Ability to work independently while coordinating across technical and Government stakeholder teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working within Agile or Scrum based delivery environments
