About the role
Role Overview: You will work as a Lead Analyst in the ETOC AIOps engineering team for Operational Insights at Evernorth. Your main responsibility will be to develop solutions that enhance Evernorth's awareness of service impacting issues throughout the organization. Your focus will be on creating and maintaining end user dashboards, tooling, and data engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and support Grafana-based dashboard solutions to address business requirements - Maintain a distributed Grafana platform using CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) - Ensure uptime and reliability of the Grafana platform by diagnosing, fixing, and performing general upgrade tasks - Escalate more complex issues as needed to ensure platform stability
Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in developing and maintaining dashboard solutions - Proficiency in Grafana and data engineering solutions - Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices
