The Role
The Position: Lead the projects and programs for the evolution of physical or virtual infrastructures.
As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will orchestrate the vital programs of our technological foundations. From obsolescence management to complex Datacenter Move or Carve-in/Carve-out operations, you will ensure the continuity, performance, and security of our physical and virtual environments.
Key Activities
1. Transformation Program Leadership
- Critical Missions: Lead the implementation of infrastructures, obsolescence management, Datacenter Moves, and Carve-in / Carve-out operations.
- Quality Control: Examine results against requirements and business case; validate documentation and reports.
- Augmented Leadership: Utilize AI (GenAI / Agentic IA) to simplify and automate daily tasks and piloting tools.
2. Project Portfolio Mastery (Workload, Deadlines, Costs)
- Planning: Formalize the overall planning by domain with key milestones and rigorous progress tracking (Reporting).
- Budget Management: Control costs, analyze variances (Estimate vs Actual), manage RAF / RAC and ensure financial landing.
- Risk Governance: Map, anticipate, and manage project risks (Re-alignment and provisioning).
3. Coordination & Third-Party Management
- Cross-functional Animation: Organize, coordinate, and lead all internal and external contributors.
- Supplier Management: Manage the relationship with technological partners throughout the project lifecycle.

- Infrastructures: On-premise, Datacenter, LAN/WAN.
- Virtualization & Systems: VMware, Citrix, Unix, Linux, Windows SRV.
- Issues: Obsolescence, Migration, Carve-in/out.
Certifications & Methodologies:
- Project Management: Prince2 (Foundation & Practitioner), PMP, PSM1 (Scrum).
- Cloud & Virtualization: AZ900 (Azure), AWS Cloud Practitioner, VMware Certified.
- Native AI: GenAI Level 1 & 2 for PM, SAFe AI Native Foundations, Native Change Agent.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process involves 2 to 3 interviews:
- Talent Acquisition Interview: The objective is to review your skills, your English level, and validate your motivations.
- Tech & Business Interview: This interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their alignment with our needs through an exchange with a business expert.
- Leadership Interview: This allows us to assess your potential, your ambitions, and consider your evolution within Devoteam.
We prioritize at least one in-person interview. Reference checks are requested, and depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be administered.
If your application is selected, we will send you an offer detailing the employment conditions. Upon acceptance, the employment contract will be formalized.
