Main Missions

As a Data Engineer Cloud GCP, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of data solutions for our clients:

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust and scalable data pipelines on GCP
• Implement ETL/ELT solutions to transform and integrate data
• Optimize processing performance and data quality
• Automate deployment and monitoring processes
• Collaborate with business teams to understand and meet needs
• Ensure the maintenance and evolution of production data platforms
• Document technical solutions and train users
• Participate in technological watch and architecture choices

Profile Sought

Technical Skills

Cloud GCP:

• Good command of GCP services for data (BigQuery, Storage, Run, Function, Composer, Logging, Data Catalog, Dataflow, DataProc)
• Experience in cloud architecture and GCP best practices
• Knowledge of GCP monitoring and security tools

Data Engineering:

• Solid experience in Python and SQL development
• Mastery of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines
• Knowledge of Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

DevOps & Methodologies:

• Practice of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• CI/CD and automation experience
• Agile/Scrum methodologies

Appreciated Certifications

• GCP Certification (Data Engineer, Cloud Architect, Developer or equivalent)
• Other relevant Cloud or Data certifications

Transversal Skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Autonomy and proactivity
• Technical curiosity and desire to learn
• Clear communication in French and professional English

Additional Assets

• Experience in cloud migration
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
