Injection Molding (IM) Project Management - Executive/ Sr. Executive

Role Overview

You are being hired as an Executive/Sr. Executive in IM Project Management for Alpla Inject's Pumps & Devices function based in Hyderabad. Your role involves managing project management and precision tooling projects for pump molds. This includes injection molding expertise, design reviews, trials, validations, and cross-functional communication to achieve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Project Charter and risk management documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Lead multi-cavity Injection mold development including DFM, mold design, tooling, trials, validation, and launch.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to optimize the supply chain and ensure strong follow-ups for project tasks.
• Collaborate with the QC team for dimensions analysis and functional testing.
• Maintain project documentation such as Gantt charts, Inspection reports, customer-specific documents, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• Submit samples for customer approval and provide initial production support.

Qualification Required

• CIPET / B. Tech

• 3-5 years of experience in Injection Molding, FMCG Packaging, R&D/NPD, and Project Management.
• Expertise in Injection mold development and validation.
• Experience in pump category products.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of the Injection molding process.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
