About the Role

We are looking for a high-agency Innovations Engineer to join a forward-thinking team at the intersection of AI tooling and enterprise supply chain systems. This role is about solving real-world technical challenges, orchestrating solutions, and ensuring reliable delivery across modern platforms.

Expect variety: one day you’ll debug a production deployment, the next configure a new enterprise data connector, and later guide a colleague through using an internal platform. The common thread is ownership — seeing a problem, charting the path forward, and executing decisively.

Key Responsibilities • Technical Problem Solving & Delivery • Investigate and resolve production issues across cloud hosting, databases, and connected systems • Build, extend, and maintain APIs, MCP servers, and integration services using AI-assisted tools • Review code critically for correctness, security, and architectural alignment • Manage deployments across environments using Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines • Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise supply chain teams • Platform & Infrastructure Support • Configure and maintain cloud servers and VM hosting services • Manage Git repositories and deployment workflows • Maintain and extend database schemas • Build and maintain enterprise data connectors and external API integrations • Support security practices including OAuth/JWT flows and credential management • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement • Provide hands-on support and walkthroughs for colleagues and customers • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Contribute to internal tooling and operational processes • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in workflows • Continuous Learning & AI Practices • Stay current with AI-assisted development and emerging supply chain technologies • Refine workflows for effective AI-assisted engineering • Balance automation with human judgment in technical decision-making

Required Qualifications,Skills & Attributes • A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering, Logistics, or a related field • Technical foundations in Git, APIs, JSON, authentication flows, and at least one programming language (Python or TypeScript preferred) • Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and critical evaluation of AI outputs • Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborative, curious, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have • Experience with Cloudflare Workers, Fly.io, or similar platforms • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI orchestration frameworks • Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain processes, or enterprise software • SQL or data pipeline experience
