This role demands hands-on problem-solving skills, with responsibilities ranging from bench setup to data visualization. Key Responsibilities

• Establish, calibrate, and maintain testing setups for photonic devices
• Create and manage Python scripts for lab automation
• Implement detailed test plans ensuring repeatability
• Analyze and visualize collected test data
• Work effectively with senior engineers and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• 2–5 years in a lab environment is preferred
• Familiarity with semiconductor devices and fiber optics
• Strong Python skills for instrument automation
• Experience with instruments like SourceMeters or Power Meters
